Founded in New York in 2010, Premier brings academic planning and U.S. admissions guidance together. Susan and Tiffany lead a family team that understands students and families across New York and Taipei.

Susan founded Premier in New York around a belief that education should build confidence, communication, independence and leadership — not only admission results. Tiffany now leads the consulting practice as Premier's second-generation partner. An alumna of Phillips Exeter, Wharton and Penn GSE, she brings admissions experience with NYU, Cornell and the University of California, interviewing experience with Penn and Phillips Exeter, and a career across technology, venture capital and entrepreneurship. Together, they combine 16+ years of education experience with a forward-looking perspective on AI, careers and a changing global economy.
