This policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Premier Plus Education Taiwan website, consultation form, and program request form.
Information we collect
When you request a consultation or ask about a program, we collect the contact details, student profile, service or program interests, timing preferences, and message that you choose to provide. We also process limited technical information needed to protect the forms from misuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review your inquiry, contact you through your selected channel, prepare an appropriate response or consultation, and maintain the security and reliability of this service.
Service providers and retention
We use HubSpot to receive and manage consultation and program inquiries. Form submissions may also be delivered through our email infrastructure provider when that delivery method is enabled. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, and website interactions so we can improve the website. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device, and activity on the website. Our analytics integration does not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, or messages entered in our inquiry forms to Google Analytics.
